Be patient when you are ordering online.  

It is set to leave one buffer seat between orders.  
The buffer seats show up in gray.  
You can click on the gray seat to order more than one seat next to each other for your group.  
You just have to give it a minute to process from gray to black to show what you are
purchasing and then fill in the next gray buffer seat.  
Double-check your order before you pay to ensure you have the correct amount of seats you want.  

All patrons will need a ticket to view the show.  
Even if you are volunteering for ushering, concessions, or other items,
you will still need a ticket if you plan on sitting and watching the show.



The box office will be open at rehearsal.
We are seeking volunteers to help with box office and ushering for future dates.

When you come to practice, please bring with you the following items:

Script binder
Pencil
Medical Form (pink) & Release and Liability Form (blue - only one per family is needed)

They will be Mondays - Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 PM (mostly) from May 10 to June 3 at the Kiel Middle School’s Large Group Room (basement).

June 7 through July 7 practices will be at the new PAC. After June 7, some rehearsals will go until 8:00, especially as we near show time.

Because there is no “double-casting” this year like we’ve had in previous years, everyone will be performing their parts at EVERY show! So it is especially important that everyone do their homework and practice their parts at home as we move through rehearsals.

Show dates are 
Friday July 9
Saturday July 10
Sunday July 11 (matinee)


Please know that we TOTALLY understand that you have other commitments and that you may not be able to attend every practice. However, if you do have to miss, you will need to practice your lines and choreography on your own time to make up for what you missed. All choreography will be recorded and sent out after each practice. After looking through the practice schedule, please contact me right away if you see any major conflicts so we can work through it together.


Masks - Masks are now optional at rehearsals.

Cast in Cohorts - Performers have been assigned into groups of about 7-8 kids. The performers will be rehearsing and performing primarily with members of their cohort. There are a few times when more than one group will be working together, as well as some song and dance numbers that include the entire cast.

Emails - (Check your Spam/Junk Mail) - Please check your junk email folders periodically throughout the season, since KAYT emails have been known to filter to junk mail at times. You may also be receiving emails from our director, Mrs. Ebert, and her email is
 
Costumes
Costumes this year will be pretty basic but a few characters do have some specific items they will need to wear.  Please look through the costume document to see what you may need.
 
Props/Sets
We are also looking for several props and set items.  Please look through the list of items we are looking for and let me know if you have any of the items on the list that you are willing to part with or donate from June 7 to July 11.  Let me know if you want the item back when we are done or not.
